A 40-year-old male presented to our department with decreased sensation in his right upper extremity that started a few days before presentation. Noncontrast computed tomography showed a left frontal calcific lesion with a cystic component and mass protruding into the cyst (Figure 1, left). On magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), the T2-weighted image also indicated calcification, with a hypointensity in the tumor cap and a protruding lesion (Figure 1, center).
